Knock on Wood 100mile/50k

Upstate Ultra is presenting its 7th Annual Knock on Wood ultra series that will be held at a Pleasant Ridge in Marietta South Carolina. These particular events will be held on a 5 mile loop that wraps around the entire Camp Spearhead which is home to year long camps for children with disabilities.
